Located in one of our favorite hotels, the historic Hotel Paisano, this acclaimed eatery offers incredible food in a beautiful setting. Jett’s Grill in Marfa is one of the best small-town restaurants in Texas, and you’ll want to start planning your visit as soon as possible..

Hotel Paisano is a living piece of Marfa history. One of five hotels designed by the famous architect, Henry Trost, in 1929, the Paisano housed Elizabeth Taylor, James Dean, Rock Hudson, and other iconic names during the filming of Giant, a Western drama, in 1955.

While the hotel provides an unforgettable overnight stay, many people who walk through the doors are there for one reason and one alone: to eat at Jett's Grill.

Offering both indoor and outside seating around a beautiful fountain, this classy spot is an acclaimed restaurant hiding in the middle of the West Texas desert.

The menu is seasonally-inspired, so you never know exactly what to expect. One thing, however, always remains the same: it's impossible to have a bad meal here.

One of the most popular dishes, the pistachio fried steak, is a permanent fixture on the menu. It's a breaded and fried sirloin topped with jalapeno gravy and served over mashed potatoes and the vegetable of the day. You'll devour every bite!

Additional offerings include a 12-ounce black angus beef burger, pork chops, salads, and plenty of scrumptious appetizers like bacon-wrapped shrimp and nachos.

Let's not forget about dessert! There is no official menu available, but the selections are always oozing with gourmet decadence.
