No, your eyes aren't deceiving you - that sign does indeed say "Stonedeck Pizza Pub." When this popular Deep Ellum restaurant decided to expand its menu, a full re-branding was in order so as not to compete with the bestselling pies. Thus, Central Mac was born.

Originally, the mac 'n cheese was supposed to be an UberEats exclusive. Owner David Haynes came up with 12 artisan concoctions to sell on the meal-delivery service, unprepared for just how high the demand would be.

Pictured here is the "Meat Lovers," a full pound of mac topped with bacon, ham, pepperoni, beef, marinara sauce, and mozzarella. Drizzle some Smokey Maple Hot Sauce on top and get ready for a taste bud explosion.
