This Restaurant In Nashville Is Located In The Most Unforgettable Setting
Have you ever eaten dinner in a historic southern mansion...? No? Well. You can. Husk Nashville has earned rave reviews for its farm-to-table inventiveness and stunning location, proffering a delicious menu and quite a few excited patrons just beyond SoBro.
Located at 37 Rutledge Street, only a lovely stretch of road known as Rutledge Hill, Husk sits on its pretty little property overlooking the city and the ever growing southern side of town.
The mansion from the outside looks stunning, completely torn from the pages of history. It is headed up by James Beard Award-winning Chef Sean Brock, and takes intensive pride in all items on the menu.
Here, you'll find the heart of southern comfort food with a valid twist. They mandate a solid, "ingredient-driven cuisine," and fight for the freshest options for every plate. They even have a garden on the premises.
Strangely enough? The Husk Burger receives rave reviews all around town. It's one of the most sought after menu options, and has (strangely) made its way into ever-cool circles.
You'll feel right at home with all of the traditional southern americana classics Husk takes into consideration, "If it doesn’t come from the South, it’s not coming through the door," says Brock.
The exclusive mash of southern exclusivity and contemporary style gives Husk and edge on those who stick their nose up at modernity, or even those who don't believe in the fusion of the past with the present.
In addition to their amazing food, the location here is truly what sets Husk Nashville apart. The building was constructed from 1879 and 1882, and even served as the home to Mayor Richard Houston Dudley, elected in 1897.
Have you ever been to the restaurant with an incredible setting...? We're dying to try the Husk Cheeseburger.
