This Neighborhood Restaurant in Nashville Is Perfect Any Day of the Week
Date night can be hard to come by here in Nashville. It seems like every bar in Five Points is spilling out onto the sidewalk, you can't get by the tourists in the Gulch and somehow you're just not ready to fight the drunk crowds in Midtown or down on Broadway. No worries, folks. Sleepy the sleepy Inglewood neighborhood of East Nashville has the answer to your weeknight woes - take a look!
Inglewood Lounge opened this year in - yep, you guessed it - Inglewood, and has since captured the heart of East Nashvillians everywhere with its low-key 20th century vibe and vintage feel.
Its retro design and terrific menu keep folks coming back for more, becoming a place to lounge no matter the day of the week. The space used to belong to the long defunct Mrs. Winner's on Gallatin Pike.
You wouldn't recognize it now, though! The unique space takes on a fun and quirky vibe, with bright wallpaper and geometric tables scattered throughout. There's a special cocktail (or more!) featured at the bar every evening, so make sure you ask before you order.
Their small plates are priced between $4 and $9, which is great news for your wallet. Their poutine is renowned, as is their Piri Piri fried chicken.
Come with friends, visit on a date, bring a group. Inglewood Lounge is a hip answer to East Nashville's low-key date night needs, and you can visit for yourself at 3914 Gallatin Pike.
