Sabatino’s Italian Ristorante Is Serving Some Of The Freshest Pasta In South Dakota

Have you ever tried fresh pasta? No, I mean fresh pasta - the kind made in-house by the loving hands of a chef and/or someone's nonna. If not, well, we're in luck - I found a spot serving up what might be the most delicious, freshest pasta in South Dakota, and you'll find it in Rapid City in an unassuming little restaurant that might otherwise be a little too easy to overlook. It's called Sabatino's Italian Ristorante, and honestly, it could be one of the downright best places to eat in South Dakota.

I personally find the exterior to be just as cute as the interior. The paint, the overall architectural style of the place it's hidden away in - there's just something charming about it.

And once you go in, you'll find that you're in for a modern - and immensely delicious - experience.

It's nice without being stuffy, and service is equally as pleasant.

Once you get a look at the menu, it becomes more obvious that this little joint knows what it's good at: hand-made, perfectly-crafted pastas.

There's something here for everyone, no matter what their personal preferences and tastes might be.

And, honestly, it's all delicious - one doesn't earn the title of having the freshest pasta in South Dakota for just anything.

You've got to really walk the walk, and Sabatino's struts with ease.

With incredible dish after incredible dish, it's easy to see why this Italian-born chef is considered among the best in Rapid City. He has a long history of working in places like Beverly Hills - and now he's here, in our backyards, serving up world-class pasta dishes.

Of course, you'll want to make sure you have enough of an appetite for the incredible apps and sides, like the fresh-baked bread that's like something from the heavens.

If you fall in love with this little spot, you'll also want to check out Pizza by Sabatino's - it's all the amazingness of Sabatino's, but in pizza form - and it's to die for.

It's rarely ever as peaceful or placid as these photos make it look - show up during the week, and your chances of it being less busy are higher.

But I promise it's worth the wait, whatever it might be - it's an amazing Italian joint right here in South Dakota, and it's about time we had one so close.

Check out the official Sabatino's Italian Restaurant website for the most up-to-date hours, menu, and specials. It's great for a date night, birthdays, solo nights out, or whatever else you've got up your sleeve. Have fun and enjoy - I'm sure you'll love it.
