I Wandered Off-The-Beaten-Path And Discovered This Delicious, Cozy Coffee Shop In South Carolina
Folgers had it right with its slogan. The best way to start the day is always coffee. And it's even better when you can get that cup of coffee somewhere that you can settle for a bit and relax or perhaps even get some work done while sipping. Those who work from home sometimes need a change of environment, and one of my favorite places for this is at Bart's Crazy Good Coffee Shop of Irmo, a delicious, cozy coffee shop near Columbia but off-the-beaten-path, tucked away in a small shopping center. It's easy to miss but not easy to forget once you've been!
Bart's Crazy Good Coffee Shop prides itself in roasting exceptional coffee. And I must say that it has become my favorite place for coffee because of how good it tastes. I find the “O.M.G.” label for its signature blend a perfect fit.
When ordering your coffee, you can expect warm, friendly service and a reasonable price.
Along with a great cup of coffee, Bart's offers a place to enjoy that coffee with an atmosphere that has been described as having "Central Perk" vibes. There are tables to sit at or some more comfortable seating options that feel more like home. Free, secure Wi-fi is also available.
Coffee aficionados will appreciate the nod on the wall to our deep and enduring love for the drink. As I have told my kids, I'm not addicted but I don't want to imagine a life without coffee. Ever.
Bart's Crazy Good Coffee Shop is located on Broad River Road in Irmo, about 12 miles northwest of Columbia. Check out the Bart's Crazy Good Coffee Roasting Company Facebook page for updates and the Bart's Crazy Good Coffee Shop for more information and to order coffee you can enjoy at home.
If you visit the shop in person though, you'll find Irmo, South Carolina to be a charming place to explore:
