The Apple Butter Festival Near Pittsburgh Where You’ll Have Loads Of Delicious Fun

Autumn is just so delicious. Think about it. Pumpkin pie, fresh out of the oven. Freshly-pressed apple cider. Apple cider donuts. And, of course, apple butter, straight from the jar. What could be better? Well, if you love the taste of autumn, you'll definitely want to add this annual apple butter festival near Pittsburgh to your to do list. Watch apple butter as it's made and, of course, indulge in one of fall's favorite treats.

Mark your calendars! The 19th Annual Applebutter Fest in Beaver County returns on October 20, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Of course, the star of the festival is the apple butter. Watch as apple butter is made in copper kettles outside of the home of the Beaver County Historical Research and Landmarks Foundation.

Then, stock up on some of the freshly-jarred apple butter.

And, that's just the beginning. Tour the Vicary Mansion, an historic building that dates back to 1829.

Gather outside, weather-permitting, for cooking demonstrations, too.

Finally, writer Jeff Snedden will present a photo exhibit of Beaver County in the 1900s.

The 19th Annual Applebutter Fest will be held at the Beaver County Historical Research and Landmarks Foundation, located at 1235 3rd Ave., Freedom, PA 15042.
