And, these seven old school pizza parlors in Pittsburgh, which have been serving piping hot pizza pies for as long as many of us can remember, sure know how to do pizza right.
1. Aiello’s Pizza
Aiello's Pizza has been a go to pizza joint for Pittsburghers for 40 years now. The family-owned pizza parlor serves classic pizzas as well as white pizzas, made with homemade garlic butter. Add a kick to your pizza with a variety of toppings, including pineapple. feta, and stewed tomatoes. Or, order a gourmet pizza. Choose from such mouthwatering options as BBQ, Hawaiian, and pierogi.

And, just a few doors from Aiello's Pizza sits another Pittsburgh favorite. Mineo's Pizza has been a Pittsburgh favorite since 1958. Today, the pizza is so popular that Pittsburghers, who now live out of the area, order and have it sent Fed Ex to them all over the country. Choose from such classics as a traditional or white hand-tossed pizza. Or, go for something a little bolder like the buffalo chicken or the breakfast pizza.

3. Spak Brothers Pizza and More
