The owners of Portland's Guilder Cafe love it, too! That's why they created an entire restaurant based on the movie. There are actually two locations. The "East" location was first and is located at 2393 NE Fremont.
This airy, Scandinavian-style cafe is open and welcoming. It is the perfect place to have a meal, drink some coffee, chat with a friend, or get some work done.
Guilder Cafe's second location — 'West" — is inside Powell's Books at 1035 West Burnside. It opened in March 2022.
Both locations have decor that is themed around The Princess Bride.
