Every time I'm in the Sellwood area, I stop in for one of the delicious, thick, chewy pizzas. Even if I've already eaten or there is nowhere to sit (it's a small shop with only a few tables), it's still worth it because these slices reheat beautifully. So, they make for the perfect lunch the next day.

Montelupe's new outpost in Sellwood serves delicious focaccia pizza squares, salads, paninis, and more. It's also a curated Italian market.

There is often a line to order but it goes quickly. On dry days, perch yourself on one of the sidewalk tables to enjoy the vibrant Sellwood scene along with the yummy focaccia creations.

It's hard to choose which slices to pick! I've tried several, including sausage, pepperoni, and potato.

I love the plain red offering the best. It's vibrantly flavorful, simple and fantastic.
