If you love wine, and appreciate ocean views, you'll want to pay a visit to Flying Dutchman Winery in Otter Rock.
Flying Dutchman Winery is a small boutique winery right on the Oregon coast. It's located on a peninsula overlooking the ocean, and you'll find it at 915 1st St., Otter Rock, OR 97369.
The folks at Flying Dutchman Winery have been producing top-quality wines on the Oregon coast since 1997.
During the fall grape crush, the crushed grapes are kept in open containers where they're exposed to the salt air and cool temperatures of the coast for 7-10 days. This unique fermentation environment lends a unique taste to the wine.
It's too chilly on the coast for grapes to grow properly, so Flying Dutchman Winery gets all its grapes from local Oregon vineyards.
If you appreciate wine, you know that the vineyards in the Wilamette Valley produce some of the best grapes in the country, and Flying Dutchman Winery takes full advantage of these delicious grapes to make its award-winning wines.

White wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks, and include white riesling, pinot blanc, and pinot gris. The winery also produces two dessert wines: raspberry mist and coastal blackberry.
