In Chagrin Falls, most people are aware of the massive waterfall at the center of town. What many do not realize, however, is that there are actually a few waterfalls on the Chagrin River, and there's a little one just barely north of the community's crown jewel. The best part? You can eat pizza by the waterfall, because there's an incredible little Italian joint that's nearly atop its cascade. You're going to love your visit, and you're sure to fall in love with the community... and there's some Chagrin Falls merch that can help you flaunt that passion. But I'm getting ahead of myself, because first, you have to experience love at first bite at ETalian in Chagrin Falls.

Welcome to ETalian in Chagrin Falls, a delicious dining destination near Cleveland with almost unbelievable views.

As is true with most of the attractions in Chagrin Falls, it's hard to tell from the street just how close these buildings are to the local river. This spot, however, has a deck around back that stretches onto the river!

Being nearly across the street from the Chagrin Falls Popcorn Shop (my landmark for spotting the big waterfall at the center of town), diners naturally expect views of the river.

And, truly, they don't disappoint! A menu of Naples-style wood-fired pizzas will catch your eye first, but that river is hard to ignore.

However, as the sound of flowing water implies, you're right over the community's smaller waterfall!

While many come to the area to see it's massive waterfall, you'll enjoy a more private experience at this smaller one. Surrounded by the sounds of running water, it's a tranquil and flavorful experience you won't soon forget.

The patio is an excellent place to soak up the vibes while you snack... or hardcore munch. These pizzas are just too good!

Don't forget the cheesy bread, and if you can, save some room for Italian ice or gelato. The pizzas are prepared in a wood-fired oven at 800, cooking for around a minute to create bubbly edges on soft, delicious crust. As soon as you arrive, your mouth will be watering.

There are many 10-inch pizzas to choose from, including classics like pepperoni, margherita, and cheese.

You can also opt for more indulgent toppings like chicken caprese, artichoke and bacon, or my favorite, the mushroom pizza. If you're a fan of dippin', you have to try the hot honey with your pizza!

Inside, the vibes are every bit as satisfying.

If you stop by on a rainy day or just prefer to eat without bees staring you down, you'll love the open ambiance inside. Exposed brick and high ceilings keep it feeling airy, and an uncluttered dining space allows you to focus on the food.

But regardless of where you decide to dine, you should make some time to relax on the patio for at least a moment.

Chagrin Falls has so much charm, and this restaurant perfectly captures what so many locals love about the community. It has scenic views, historic charm, great food, and a waterfall-fueled soundtrack that never misses a beat. Something about the pace of life here is just perfectly poised to put you at ease.
