John Brown BBQ specializes in Kansas City Style barbecue, which is dry rubbed and smoked overnight in an in-house wood smoker. The process leads to a flavor you just can't get by any other means.
Their menu is full of amazing smoked meats, which can come in a sandwich or on a plate. We recommend the burnt ends!
The classic sides are just as good! Don’t forget to get an order of collard greens. When it comes to their specialty sandwiches, our favorite is the JB Reuben, made with house cured pastrami. It’s a little New York, a little Kansas City.
