This New York Eatery That Serves Both Mexican Food And Pizza Is Almost Too Good To Be True

Kokopelli’s in Poughkeepsie offers a diverse menu including pizza, subs, pasta, and Tex-Mex dishes.

Picking a restaurant in New York can be daunting. We have so many choices that are all fantastic. The idea of picking a place and limiting your options is sometimes terrifying..."but what if I pick this pizza place then decide I had a craving for tacos?"

If you've ever struggled to decide what type of food you want to go out for, we've got a gem of a restaurant for you. Kokopelli's in Poughkeepsie serves not just pizza, but also subs, pasta and Mexican food as well!

Kokopelli's was opened in 2015 by two friends who each had decades of experience in the food industry. Both had a history of working in Italian restaurants, but wanted to remain true to their Mexican heritage by offering Tex-Mex food as well.

Mexican offerings like this taco salad are incredible, and they've also got burritos, nachos, and other Tex-Mex staples.

Their pizza rolls are delicious. And did we mention there are subs, wraps, and salads too?!

Kokopelli's offers an extensive selection of pizzas, which can also be purchased by the slice. Their topping selection is as varied as the rest of their menu. (Herbed ricotta? Eggplant? They've got it!)

There's an extensive selection of pasta offerings as well. There are a few options on the menu, or you can create your own pasta using a variety of toppings.

Vegetarians have plenty of options to choose from here, such as the yummy cheese quesadilla (which is available with various toppings if you desire).

With so many things to choose from, you'll end up having to go multiple times just to try everything that sounds good!
