Think you can't enjoy a fine dining experience on the go? There is at least one restaurant in Albuquerque, New Mexico that will take you up on that challenge.

Welcome to Fork & Fig, an uptown Albuquerque restaurant that specializes in gourmet sandwiches, wraps, and burgers, as well as some fabulous fine dining options.

The thing Fork & Fig is best known for? Delicious, upscale versions of the humble sandwich.

The menu features five wonderfully unique and delectable sandwiches made with ingredients like broccolini, remoulade, and port wine cheese. We bet you haven't tasted a sandwich this fancy.

Other menu items include burgers, wraps, and salads, each prepared with luxurious ingredients and available to eat in the restaurant or on the go.

The pork belly burger is a popular option, but we love the upscale version of a classic green chile burger.

The evening specials, however, are exceptionally unique.

Each night, a fine dining dinner special is available to order and take home. You may find options like a filet mignon, a half-rack of lamb, or Cornish game hen.

Fork & Fig is located in uptown Albuquerque on the southeast corner of Louisiana and Menaul Boulevards.
