This Remote New Jersey Restaurant Has The Most Magnificent Views While You Eat
Discover the best hiking trails in the Pacific Northwest, known for their stunning scenic views and diverse landscapes.
There are few truly remote spots in the densely populated Garden State, but I'd say a restaurant in the heart of Cooper River Park fits the bill. Though just minutes from Philadelphia, this trendy new eatery is surrounded by lush greenery and the gorgeous Cooper River Lake.
Cooper House Restaurant opened this summer as part of a local redevelopment project. It is led by head chef Tony Clark, who has been featured on Rock Star Kitchen.
The restaurant serves up an inventive menu of modern American and globally inspired cuisine. Enjoy everything from charred octopus to chipotle bacon burgers.
Open for lunch, dinner and late night dining 7 days a week, you can also visit for Sunday brunch while enjoying beautiful views from your table.
While the weather is still warmer, dine outdoors on the patio or kick back after work in the beer garden. You'll be surrounded by over 300 acres of parkland.
The park itself offers trails for hiking and biking, fishing, a sculpture garden, golf academy, volleyball courts and more. Check it out after your meal.
If you're not sure what to order, start with the tuna poke - a reviewer favorite.
Brand new and perhaps working out a few kinks, the atmosphere and service are still amazing.
Sip some wine, grab some grub and just watch the sunset at this waterfront spot. Be one of the first to give this restaurant a try.
