Insomnia Cookies currently has locations in Hoboken and Ewing, both near college campuses. (Stevens Institute of Technology and The College of New Jersey, respectively.)

They're known for delivering warm, fresh cookies until 3 o'clock in the morning.

They've also got brownies, cookie cakes, and ice cream!

You can even make your own custom ice cream sandwiches. Choose your cookie flavors and then add a scoop! They come in two sizes - regular and deluxe. You can also get a cookie sandwich filled with icing.

Delivery is local but you can pick up your order if you're in the area. Be sure to get some milk (chocolate milk!) to go with your cookies.
