This Is the Best Buffet in Nevada, Known for Its High-End Cuisine

Have you ever seen a buffet that serves oysters? What about fresh European pastries, or fine cheeses for a build-your-own charcuterie board station? You'll find all of that and more at Bacchanal Buffet, the best buffet for high-end cuisine in Nevada.

Buffets get a bad rap (and sometimes deservedly so), but they aren’t all created equal. Don’t write them off completely until you’ve tried Bacchanal Buffet at Caesar’s Palace. It’s the best buffet for high-end cuisine in Nevada, offering oysters, fine cheeses, European pastries, and other items you’d never expect to see on a buffet line. So come hungry because you definitely won’t leave that way.

The words “buffet” and “fine dining” don’t usually appear in the same sentence, but then again, this is Vegas we’re talking about. Sin City doesn’t exactly follow the rules. Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace is the largest buffet in the city, spanning 25,000 square feet and featuring 10 kitchens serving over 250 menu items.

Nine live-action cooking stations allow patrons to watch chefs prepare dishes from around the world. It's like having your pick of multiple five-star restaurants under one roof. Feast on wood-fired pizza, tacos, slow-smoked brisket, and countless other globally-inspired dishes, all expertly prepared and presented in gourmet fashion.

If you're unsure where to start, the cheese table is a solid choice. From sharp cheddar to blue cheese, the extensive selection has something for everyone. So fill a plate with all your favorites, add some fresh fruit, and enjoy a little charcuterie appetizer while you decide what to eat next.

Your eyes will almost certainly be bigger than your stomach when you move on to the main course due to the sheer amount of options. I'd recommend choosing one or two items from each station so you get a nice variety without feeling too full before you've had a chance to try everything.

Since you have access to so many different foods, this is a great opportunity to sample things you normally wouldn't order. The pork belly is a favorite, as is the roasted bone marrow. Guests praise the made-to-order ramen from the Asian kitchen, and the Mexican section offers delicious quesabirria and street tacos.

The pasta dishes and Neapolitan-style pizza taste like what you'd find at a local, mom-and-pop Italian bistro, with options ranging from lobster ravioli to a fig and prosciutto flatbread. The longest line is probably for the seafood station, which features hot and cold king crab legs, ceviche, traditional crawfish boils, oysters, and more. Have you ever seen oysters at a buffet? I'm willing to bet the answer is no.

Difficult as it may be, try to save room for dessert. If you have a sweet tooth, this will be your personal heaven, with gelato, cookies, several kinds of cupcakes, bread pudding, pies, mousse, and unique options like mochi donuts and egg tarts. The beverage selection is also impressive. People rave about the ube horchata from the Mexican kitchen.

If you're visiting on the weekend, don't miss the epic brunch spread. There's a pancake and waffle bar, made-to-order omelets, breakfast sliders, and many other options, both classic and non-traditional, that are sure to satisfy your cravings.

Visit the Caesars Palace website for more information about Bacchanal Buffet, including current hours.
