The little southeastern Nebraska town of Auburn is hiding one of our favorite culinary gems, and it's not where you might expect. Step inside Re-Bucks Gourmet Burgers & More for a delicious, unforgettable meal.

The building may not bring the word "gourmet" to mind, but don't judge the place just yet.

Inside is a typical bar and grill atmosphere. There are always patrons sitting in the stools lining the bar, enjoying a beer, cocktail, or glass of wine.

You won't want to stick around the bar, though. Grab a table for this meal...you're going to need a lot of room for everything you order. Start off with an appetizer like fried pickles, disco fries, or wings.

And although the appetizers are drool-worthy (and could be a meal all on their own), the main dish is where the action is. There are almost a dozen types of burgers on the permanent menu...

...And specials that come and go as well. The creativity that goes into dreaming up these gourmet burgers is impressive.

There's even a vegetarian patty (not pictured) on the menu. It's a good option if you're looking to reduce your red meat consumption.

You might think that this place is all about the burgers, but it's also a popular stop for barbecue lovers. The brisket is always a favorite, as are the burnt ends, ribs, and smoked turkey.

Re-Bucks even serves pizza! You'll find just as much variety in the pizzas as you do in the burgers. There's truly something on the menu for everyone!
