And there are some mouthwatering choices between the classic, the lox (pictured here), the Blackstone Benedict with maple smoked bacon and grilled tomatoes, and the California Benedict featuring turkey sausage, sauteed spinach, avocado, and egg whites. The South of the Border section of the menu features Mexican-inspired breakfast dishes like breakfast enchiladas with scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, and cheese topped with salsa, avocado, cilantro, and pico de gallo.
