Steam Boys actually has two locations, one tucked away in the highly popular Germantown neighborhood near downtown and the other in the more suburban Hermitage area.

The bao buns are perhaps the most popular items on the menu. There are all sorts of options, including beef bao buns, juicy pork, and vegetarian.

The noodle soups are nothing to turn your nose up at, either. We'd highly recommend the seafood noodle soup, made with scallops, shrimp, green onions, cilantro and baby bok choy. It's a truly indulgent way to experience a seafood-centric meal in Nashville.
