The handmade chocolates have remained consistent over the years.

When the latest owners purchased The Parrot, the former owners stuck around for a year to teach the art of chocolate-making.

As if the mouthwatering, world famous chocolates weren't amazing enough, the confectionery has a full soda fountain.

The authentic sodas are still made by soda jerks. The ice cream is homemade and hand-packed, just like the good old days.

Because the homemade flavored syrups, ice creams and toppings are all made from original recipes, they contain simple sugar.

There are no artificial preservatives, sweeteners, or high fructose corn syrup in their products.
