Rae Rae’s Bakery Serves Bread, Pastries, And Old-Fashioned Montana Hospitality

It's more important than ever to show our local Montana businesses some love however we can. And while we can't currently sit down and enjoy a pastry at Rae Rae's Gluten Free Bakery in Billings, it won't be long before we can (thank goodness). In the meantime, this beloved shop is still selling to-go orders and will even do local delivery. And since everyone can use a sweet treat now and then, we're thankful for that.

Rae Rae's is located on Rehberg Lane in Billings, where it has been a local favorite for years.

Bruce and Heather Bahm discovered the bakery in 2016 while on the hunt for a gluten-free cake, and they loved it so much they ended up buying it.

Everything in this bakery is gluten-free. But even if you don't have a gluten intolerance, you'll love this place.

But if you do have celiac or other issues with gluten, you can eat anything on the menu.

Rae Rae's also happens to be 100% organic and soy-free, with plenty of egg and dairy-free options.

Not only can they accommodate practically every dietary need, but they still manage to make their treats taste amazing.

This place is famous for its delightful cinnamon rolls, which take five hours to make and come glazed with caramel.

Cream puffs and cupcakes are their other specialties.

From bread, buns, and rolls to specialty cookies, Rae Rae's as it all.

They'll even bake you a beautiful specialty cake for your birthday or other special event.

Dessert isn't the only thing Rae Rae's does well.

The cafe serves deluxe salads, sandwiches, and pizza for lunch, which is all available for takeout.

There is a $20 minimum for delivery, plus a $5 flat fee for the service.
