Dr. Gina recently passed the baton to Executive Chef Mario Valdez and his partner Chris Reynolds, two Flathead County locals with quite a bit of culinary experience.

Chef Valdez was formally trained by the esteemed International Culinary Institute in New York City.

Not only can he prepare a perfect French pastry, but he brings his Argentinean flair to everything he creates, which makes everything even better.

In addition to the vast array of sweet treats you'll find here, pay attention to the savory pastries. They're fantastic.
