Located in the heart of the Delmar Loop is Fitz's soda bottling factory and restaurant.

Inside, you'll find art-deco inspired decor, delicious sodas, tasty food, and friendly faces!

It seems like Fitz's is always busy. Their reputation for great food and fun keeps customers coming back for years.

Once you try one of their many root beer/soda floats, you'll keep coming back too.

Their menu is full of classic American cuisine. The pork for this pulled-pork sandwich is even smoked in-house! What's even better is that you can get the pulled-pork and many other dishes gluten free!

They are also well known for their awesome burgers. This off-the-menu classic is the Elvis Burger and it's topped with root beer bbq sauce and homemade coleslaw!

One of the most unique aspects of the restaurant is the bottling factory.

On the lower level, diners have the opportunity to see into the bottleworks and watch Fitz's sodas prepare for delivery. Bottling ends at 8 pm, except for Sundays when they stop production at 4 pm.

Upstairs visitors can grab a drink at the bar, check out the open mic night on Thursdays, play some arcade games, or grab a game of pool!
