Vibrant restaurant that's filled with personality, a menu brimming with delicious dishes, and a rich history. That's right. Casper's, which opened in 1909, holds the title of the oldest diner on Route 66.

And, you just might catch sight of that adorable little fella, Casper the Friendly the Ghost, who shares his name with the offbeat eatery. (However, Casper's the diner is older than Casper the Friendly Ghost, who made his first American appearance in 1939.)
