The One-Of-A-Kind Guy’s Place Restaurant Just Might Have The Most Scenic Views In All Of Mississippi

Guy’s Place offers a nautical-themed dining experience with scenic views and a diverse menu in Fulton, Mississippi.

Guy’s Place is a long way from the ocean, but it doesn’t feel that way. Reminiscent of a seaside restaurant, its interior is oozing with nautical vibes. And then, there’s the locale. Guy’s Place is nestled within a marina, which means diners are treated to close-up vistas of vessels on the go, wildlife, and more. It just might have the most scenic views in all of Mississippi.

Located in the Midway Marina in Fulton, Guy’s Place overlooks the Tenn-Tom Waterway.

Officially dubbed Guy’s Place On Water Dining, it opened in 2019, filling the void left after the closure of Waterfront Restaurant, the marina’s sole eatery.

Guy’s Place is already making a splash, and not because it’s the only dining option in Midway Marina. It’s a hit because everything about it is amazing.

First, there’s the interior, which boasts a laidback nautical vibe.

Next, there’s the cuisine. In line with the setting, the menu is filled with tropical delights, succulent seafood, and local favorites, like gumbo.

It also includes classics, like fresh hand-patted burgers and hand-cut steaks.

Delectable desserts also have a place on the menu. And though they’re not made on site, they are made locally – they’re sourced from Westside BBQ and Cakes in New Albany.

Guy’s Place whips up some great cocktails, too.

The restaurant’s best feature, though, is no doubt the setting. The multi-level structure stretches all the way down to the waterfront.

And with two outdoor seating areas, there’s plenty of room for those craving an al fresco dining experience.
