1. Mickey's Diner - St. Paul

This little dining car has been at its St. Paul location since 1939! Not only that, but it has been open continuously for the entire time. No matter the time of day - or the day of the year - diners can stop in for an incredible meal. Pay special attention the breakfasts, which are both hearty and affordable. 2. Hubbell House - Mantorville

Mantorville may not be the biggest town in Minnesota, but it sure has one of the state's oldest restaurants. The Hubbell House has been standing in this small town since 1856. But its history goes back even earlier, to 1854, when the original building stood in the same place before it was lost in a fire. Today, you can still stop in for a great meal and a glimpse at history. After all, Hubbell House has been around since before Minnesota was officially a state! 3. Grant House - Rush City

In addition to Mantorville, the small town of Rush City proves that the oldest restaurants aren't just in the Twin Cities. The Grant House has stood on the corner of Highway 61 in Rush City since 1880. This 137-year-old restaurant is known for its quaint interior and varied menu of tasty food. It is also famous for being possibly haunted! Professional ghost hunting teams have investigated the Grant House for a possible haunting. The only way to know for sure is to visit. 4. Jax Cafe - Minneapolis

The Jax Cafe began in Minneapolis over 100 years ago, way back in 1910. Originally a furniture and hardware store, the business shifted to bar and restaurant once Prohibition ended in 1933. Since then, the restaurant has passed hands a few times while still staying in the family. Today, the Sunday brunch is a popular time to visit. But any time you go, it's bound to be delicious. 5. Bar Harbor Supper Club - Nisswa

The supper club tradition is alive and well in northern Minnesota. Bar Harbor Supper Club is a perfect example of just why these things were once so popular. The building has been around since the 1930s, when it was used for gambling and liquor sales. Later, a restaurant grew from the spot. Today, it stands as a beautiful presence on Gull Lake, where it is a summertime tradition for many. Address: 8164 Interlachen Road, Nisswa.

6. Yarusso Bros Italian Restaurant - St. Paul

Around since 1933, Yarusso's is St. Paul's oldest family-owned Italian restaurant. When you visit, you'll be delighted by the cozy atmosphere and friendly service. And when you open the menu, you'll discover a plethora of incredible food, from pizza to your favorite pasta dishes. No matter what you get, you'll revel in how tasty it is. 7. Pracna - Minneapolis

Pracna is the oldest cafe in Minneapolis, located on the historic riverfront since around 1890. Over the years, the restaurant has gone through some closures and reopenings. 8. Lakeview Drive Inn - Winona

Did you know that Winona's oldest restaurant is a drive-in? It's been around since 1938, and it's still an amazing place to visit next time you're feeling nostalgic. 9. Pickwick Restaurant & Pub - Duluth

Located in Duluth's Canal Park, Pickwick Restaurant & Pub has been serving great meals to Duluth locals and visitors since 1914. The restaurant offers up a delightful dining atmosphere that is made complete by its truly delicious food. They are known for their homemade soup and chargrilled steaks. 10. Bev's Cafe - Red Wing

As the oldest restaurant in Red Wing, Bev's Cafe is an obvious addition to this list. This charming little cafe is as adorable as it is delicious. When you visit, you'll find friendly local regulars and out-of-towners alike. Why? Because it's such a friendly restaurant with a quaint atmosphere that you just can't get in larger towns. You can't go wrong with a burger or anything off the breakfast menu. Address: 221 Bush Street, Red Wing.
