One of my favorite hidden gems to share with people is hotel restaurants. When I suggest eating dinner at a restaurant housed in a hotel, I almost always get a weird look. Listen, though, I've eaten some of my best meals in a hotel restaurant. For example, folks can't stop raving about this chic restaurant located in a high-end motel.

Allow me to introduce you to a fantastic farm-to-table restaurant in Michigan that just so happens to be located inside the Baronette Renaissance in Novi.

The restaurant doesn't have to be located in a fancy hotel to knock it out of the park with its in-house eats. In fact, one of my favorite examples of this food phenomenon is located inside a Best Western!

Whether you make a special trip to the hotel just for your breakfast, or if you stumble down from your room after a night of adventures, the breakfast at this Novi restaurant is sure to please.

The interior feels cozy and intimate with heavy, good-quality furniture. This is something I've noticed about many of the hotel restaurants I've visited - the furniture is a step up from other restaurants.

This Novi farm-to-table restaurant is well known for its breakfast pastries. Visitors cannot stop raving about them.

I mean, just take a look at this sticky bun. It looks like a meal in itself!

If you don't have a morning sweet tooth, that's okay, because Toasted Oak Grill & Market has a decent-sized breakfast (and brunch!) menu. For breakfast, there are a variety of omelets, including a broccolini onion omelet I have my eye on.

Plus, look how delicious this veggie hash skillet looks. With seasonal veggies, crispy potatoes, and eggs in any style you'd like, this meal should keep you going all day.
