Head to the Berkshires and you'll find many things: mountains, scenic views, outdoor adventure, and quaint towns with charming Main Streets. Some of these small towns offer incredible places to eat as well. And, wouldn't you know it, one of the best Mexican restaurants in Massachusetts can be found in a tiny Berkshires town.
Coyote Flaco has a lot of things going for it: excellent food and margaritas, terrific service, reasonable prices, and a warm and family-friendly, yet festive, ambiance. It may just have the best Mexican food in the Berkshires.
If you happen to find yourself driving through the Berkshires, you'll have to make it a point to stop for dinner at this unassuming family-owned restaurant. Believe us, you'll want to check it out.
Serving Mexican, Spanish, Latin, and southwestern cuisines, you'll find the freshly made dishes flavorful and delicious. From enchiladas and tacos to pollo al mole and ceviche, you can't go wrong with any of the menu offerings.
The fajitas come to the table sizzling and are served with rice, refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, and flour tortillas. You may choose the vegetable, chicken, beef, or shrimp.
If you like empanadas, you'll love the empanadas here. Each order comes with two of these Spanish turnovers filled with ground beef and cheese and served with aoili. Delicious!
If you imbibe, do enjoy your meal with a refreshing margarita.
Try to save some room for for dessert. The tres leches cake is outstanding.
