Set along Adams Street in suburban Milton is a chic Italian restaurant that may remind you of the eateries in the North End of Boston.

With white linen-clad tables, there's certainly an air of class and sophistication here.

What you may or may not know is that Novara is partly owned by a celebrity.

Jordan Knight, who you might know as a member of NKOTB (New Kids on the Block) was born in Milton, is an investor and is often spotted here when not on tour with his band.

Novara specializes in elevated Italian cuisine.

Start with the focaccia or calamari fritti before your main course. While there's pasta aplenty on the menu, one of the many gourmet pizzas is always a delicious choice.
