This place has been around since the 1930s, and serves tasty grub 24/7. This is a great spot for brunch with less than five people (the seating can't accommodate large parties), and makes for a cozy place to grab some simple classic brunch sandwiches and incredible bacon.

3. Annie's Clark Brunch, Worcester

Just a quick jaunt from Clark University, this local favorite offers tasty brunch specials at extremely reasonable prices. Try their spicy hash for a surprisingly hot twist on a classic, or grab a fried muffin for a decadent way to satisfy your mid-morning sweet tooth.

4. Chocolate Springs Cafe, Lenox

If you prefer your brunch with a serious side of sweetness, this is your new favorite spot. As you might have guessed from the name, Chocolate Springs Cafe specializes in desserty morning offerings. Their tea menu is pretty serious, and their brandied cherry chocolate mousse cake is unreal.

5. True Bistro, Somerville

This place is a great all-vegan brunch spot. The dishes are thoughtfully prepared with incredibly fresh and flavorful ingredients, and everything is just as tasty (if not tastier) as the items you might find on a more traditional brunch menu. Try the folded crepes with​ blueberries, lemon, demerara sugar, lavender ice cream and lemongrass for a creative pancake alternative.

6. Six Depot Roastery and Cafe, West Stockbridge

Great brunch fare in a cool and relaxed environment. The space is clean and modern without being sterile, and the food is perfect for a late morning get-together. There's a small gallery showcasing local art, and the shop is popular with cyclists cruising in off the nearby bike trail. Try a simple bowl of their delicious, creamy yogurt and granola for a lighter brunch that will definitely hit the spot.

7. Haven Cafe & Bakery, Lenox

The food is fresh and creative, and each meal comes with a light salad and piece of bread. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, so you'll feel at home as soon as you sit down. Try the curry chicken salad for a savory treat, and don't forget to check out their gluten-free options.

8. Martin's Restaurant, Great Barrington

Large portions of tasty grub, cheap prices, and friendly service. You can't ask for more than that. This place can get packed on weekends or holidays, so make sure you get there early if you want a table. Definitely try the buffalo chicken club.

13. Lulu's, Allston

This spot knocks brunch out of the park. All the staples are done perfectly, and there are some interesting interpretations of standard menu options. Three words: breakfast cereal shots.
