Not exactly the bastion of late-night hot spots, it might feel like you'll be forced to wait until morning to satisfy that craving. But the reality isn't quite that bleak. In fact, things are looking great for snacky folks all over the state! Head to this restaurant where food trucks in Maine congregate to feed hungry locals all summer long.

We all know Congdon's Doughnuts as one of the best spots for breakfast treats in the state. But, head there after 4 p.m. in the summer and you'll be in for an even bigger treat.

Congdon's After Dark is New England's biggest food truck park. And it's the best opportunity to sample some of the most delicious food trucks in Maine.

Offering a way to sample a variety of different types of food, this fun event began in 2017 and has attracted locals and those from away ever since.

There's often live music making this a fun, casual vibe that's perfect for summer in Maine.

Show up on Mondays for classic car night.

Unsurprisingly, this place attracts a lot of people so show up as close to 4 p.m. as possible if you'd like to avoid lines.

There are close to 200 parking spaces, but you can also take the local trolley which stops right outside.

Visitors will have access to options like the Knew Potato Caboose truck, which turns out gluten free potato options all night long.

Congdon's After Dark operates all summer.
