Kevil Oliver is an entrepreneur, a railroader, and a railroad enthusiast. The combination inspired him to create a one of a kind train restaurant in Kentucky’s Princeton community.

When the order is up, the train brings it around.

Meals at the counter are sent around via a nice electric train with its tracks set around the countertop. It is a delight for the little ones, along with any train enthusiast. There are regular style booths for those who aren’t into the delivery by train experience.

The menu is slightly limited, but everything on it is delicious. The burgers are thick, the onion rings are hand dipped and the fries are the perfect crisp outside and soft inside. The desserts are equally delicious… and you can get sprinkles.
