An Arcade & Taco Restaurant Is Opening Soon With Agave & Rye In Kentucky

A city can never have too many great restaurants, right? We happen to think that Louisville, Kentucky's largest city, already offers so many delicious and one-of-a-kind dining destinations, but we are happy to welcome (and eat at) more! And since tacos are always a crowd favorite, Louisville will warmly welcome the newest location of Agave & Rye in February. This unique restaurant in Kentucky already has locations in Covington and Lexington and now it brings its innovative, mouthwatering menu to those in the Louisville area. This is also the first restaurant that will have an old school arcade, so there are several reasons to check out this new eatery in the Bluegrass.

This area of Louisville is no stranger to great food and soon it will be able to add Agave & Rye to its growing list of options.

This vibrant and unique restaurant will be located at 426 Baxter Avenue and is set to open in February. This comes after its original restaurant opened in Covington, with one in Lexington (and yet another in the Cincinnati area) to follow.

If you haven't been lucky enough to visit one of the other locations, then you are in for a real treat for your senses.

Agave & Rye is known for its "urban grunge" atmosphere that perfectly combines street art with a flair of elegance and even rustic touches. The details in each restaurant, from the decor to the menus, are what set it apart from other eateries.

The Louisville location will be extra special, as it will also offer an arcade room, perfect for hanging out, playing some games, and enjoying tacos and drinks.

With fluorescent colors and nostalgic arcade games along the wall, there isn't a cooler space in the city that's still perfectly welcoming.

The artwork in all of the Agave & Rye restaurants is eye-catching and definitely conversation-worthy.

Be sure to wander around the restaurant and check it all out (including the bathrooms!).

Agave & Rye specializes in maintaining its own style, while incorporating the character from the city where its located.

Be on the look out for nods to Louisville's past and present in the artwork. Presented in modern art, it makes for an almost futuristic environment, perfect for the innovative menu.

And speaking of the menu, it's out of this world.

The tacos are prepared from scratch with the freshest ingredients. They are sold individually, so you can try a few with your meal. The Rooster, shown above, is a double shell stuffed with crispy chicken, mac & cheese, Nashville hot sauce, and sweet pickles.

The Louisville location will serve up all of these delicious options, which have become instant favorites. The drink menu is just as fantastic, so be sure to come hungry and thirsty when you pay your first visit to this unique restaurant in Kentucky.
