Welcome to Vargas Bar & Grill in Liberal, Kansas. This little stop is perfect for travelers looking for a good bite to eat during road trips in the area.

All lovers of things nachos will enjoy the flavors here, whether you prefer chicken, shrimp, beef, pork, or all of them together, there's a menu item perfect for you.

Like any Tex-mex restaurant worth its margarita salt, there are plenty of drinks to be had with your meal. Whether that means a cold beer or a fruity drink is up to you!

Vargas Bar & Grill is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
