Do you like places with odd decor lining the walls, maybe a little more than you're used to? This restaurant in small town Kansas is a little more odd than you're used to, but that's no reason not to stop in and grab a bite to eat. If anything, this unique decor is just another reason to check out what they have to offer.

Hiding out in a teeny tiny town called Kirwin, Kansas is an equally small restaurant with a big personality.

Kirwin is such a small town that there's not many ways to share the restaurant other than word-of-mouth, and thankfully it was shared far enough to reach us and our tastebuds.

Much of the food served here is classic American fare, and the cheeseburgers can't be beat.

They're also well known locally for their homemade biscuits, pies, and fried chicken with real mashed potatoes.

Staring up at the various decorations is a common thing to do for new visitors at this hometown eatery, and we don't blame ya. From the taxidermy to the odd collection of decorations, you'll have plenty to look at!

Solid Rock is a great little spot you might drive by if you don't notice it, but once you're out of the car, the smell pulls you right in the door by your boots.

The Solid Rock is open from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
