We really can't get enough of Kansas' restaurant eats. There's so much to discover as you travel the state, and food is a big part of that. Instead of stopping by your usual place during your next road trip, why not try one of these underrated Kansas restaurants instead?

Dudley's Done Right is BBQ exactly like you'd expect. It's always done right, and anything with sauce on it is a great option to order for your first visit.
