As a bakery, you'll smell them before you even step inside. Baked goods from pies to pastries and bierocks make their way out of the kitchen daily, into the waiting hands of hungry Kansans.

Everything is made by hand, fresh every day they're open. That's what makes them so hard to pass up!

If you arrive around lunchtime, having a hot lunch with your favorite baked goods can't be beat. That sweet Kansas service goes best with sweet Kansas treats, after all.

You can also call ahead and order certain quantities of items to pick up if you already know you'll love them. A dozen kolaches, anyone?

They're open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and also Saturdays, and from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Fridays.
