Venture Down To The Corner Of Kansas Where Big C’s Cafe Serves Home Cooked Goodness

We're always in love with Kansas cafes, especially if they serve home cooked meals like we used to eat at home with family. This amazing little cafe is hiding out in the corner of Kansas, and is the perfect place to stop if you're headed this way. Have you been to this little cafe on the edge before?

That little cafe hiding out in the corner of our state is Big C's, a diamond in the rough and a great spot to eat.

After visiting the beautiful Cimarron National Grasslands surrounding the area, stopping somewhere for a bite to eat is a wonderful idea.

Fare at Big C's ranges from breakfasts of steak and eggs to dinner plates full of meals you might not have eaten since you were a kid. Unless you have your mother's recipe book, that is!

Nothing quite hits the spot like these warm country style meals, and we know it.

However, the menu also includes juicy burgers, tex-mex items like enchiladas and street tacos, perfect for trying something new.

As with many Kansas cafes, a slice of fresh homemade pie is the best way to wrap up a meal and satisfy your sweet tooth.

Get your grub on 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on weekends.
