Lottē opened in late October 2023 and is on the lower floor of the Fidelity Bank RISE Car Park, an ultra-modern parking garage featuring a rooftop garden and more.

The menu is filled with a variety of unique dishes crafted by chef Josh Rathbun, who has worked at a number of high-end restaurants all over the country.

The restaurant is named for Rathbun's young daughter, Charlotte, and what a fine tribute it is.

The open kitchen is in plain sight of the restaurant, and you can even reserve a table that's right in front of the chef's area if you'd like to see all the action.

Lottē focuses on seasonal produce and strives to serve locally-produced foods whenever possible.

This farm-to-table mentality means you get the freshest foods possible and support local farmers.
