No matter where you sit, you'll feel far away from anything resembling Chicago. It might even be better than an island escape because you get to enjoy cozy seating in a luxurious, high energy atmosphere.
Of course, there’s one thing that cannot be overlooked: the drinks
This tropical restaurant uses fresh exotic fruits in its cocktails, as well as the finest rums and other spirits. Juices are cold pressed daily and syrups are handmade. The whole operation is headed by a cocktail expert, so you can enjoy signature drinks like the Saturn, Wiki Wiki, Rum Barrel, and Tropical Itch.
You can even order gargantuan group drinks to share, sipping from such vessels as a conch shell, a treasure chest, or even a huge skull.
There's always something new to try at this place, as the bar likes to use seasonal ingredients sourced from around the world- including orchids from Hawaii!
Hungry patrons enjoy shareable orders of spring rolls, coconut shrimp, thai fried chicken, ribs and rice, and much more. Can’t decide? Order the Pu Pu Platter with a little bit of everything.
Flavors are modern American takes on island fare with an Asian twist. You'll be craving these delicious dishes long after you've rejoined the real world.
The name of this restaurant is morse code for "Victory," which was the signal given to American troops that WWII had finally come to an end. The only thing you have to conquer at this restaurant is your appetite!
The Big Kahuna Burger should do the trick.
