The One Restaurant In Chicago Where Your Drinks Are Served In Skulls

Halloween is on its way, and you're probably looking for all the ways to celebrate. Chicago will host a plethora of parties, concerts, and kids events this year, but there's an extra something special that few know about: there's a restaurant in the city that serves a skull drink, and you must try it.

This creepy beverage is for those 21+, so grab your friends and leave the kids at home for this delightfully dreadful treat.

Rockit Bar & Grill is a River North hot spot that has been around since 2002. It is known for great food and a high-energy atmosphere.

There is a main dining area as well as an elevated late night lounge.

Hours are Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to midnight, and they stay open later on Fridays and Saturdays. Brunch begins at 10 a.m. on weekends.

Now, for the skull drink....

This concoction is served in a large glass skull for sharing, and is called a Strawberry Habanero Margarita. It is made with Olmeca Reposado tequila, lime, strawberry purée, agave, and habanero shrub.

This spicy drink may send you to your own grave!

While this pink potion is a must, most stop by this joint for a burger and a beer.

Patrons may also enjoy steak, salmon, and pasta as well as soups, salads, wraps, and sandwiches.

The restaurant also serves a wide spectrum of appetizers like sliders, calamari, wings, mozzarella sticks, and the ultimate nachos.

Brunch items on weekends include classics like biscuits and gravy, omelets, waffles, and egg sandwiches.

This eatery offers catering, delivery, and take-out, as well as an outdoor patio seating area.

Rockit takes reservations, but also welcomes walk-ins and it's a wonderful place to host private events.

Locals are attracted to this bar for its concerts and parties on weekends.

Their upcoming Halloween party, called Wicked Witch of West Hubbard, will take place on October 28, 2017 beginning at 9 p.m. Make your reservation ASAP!
