The bakery’s menu often includes seasonal flavors. In the past, items such as bread pudding, scones, cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, and pies have delighted customers. Insiders know to try the maple squares if they are an offer.
Over the years, the bakery has served countless pies, including fruit pies with decorative toppings.
Other pie flavors that have been featured include coconut cream pie with marshmallow meringue, blueberry cheesecake, old fashioned coconut pie, and no-sugar-added apple and cherry pies. I have my fingers crossed that the pistachio cheesecake will be offered when I stop in to visit.

I would be remiss not to mention Traditional Sullivan Bakery’s donuts. They fry their donuts on-site and often experiment with new flavors and shapes. For Pi Day, rather than making pies as many other bakeries did, Traditional Sullivan Bakery made Pi-shaped donuts.
The bakers go all out making customers’ visions come to life.
Take, for example, this chocolate cake made to look like a bar of soap. I love the creative touches Traditional Sullivan Bakery put into this. They made similarly playful creations to celebrate new movie releases as well.
