Manwaring Cheese's legacy began in 1955 when Basil Manwaring purchased a small dairy plant in Ashton. They've been family owned and operated ever since, with their current location operating out of Idaho Falls.
Manwaring Cheese has become locally beloved for producing an assortment of dairy products, but their cheese curds are truly their signature item. Made in-house with tried-and-true methods every day, they are the best around. If you love cheese, you'll love their cheese curds.
In fact, visitors are welcome to stop by and see the process in action! Fresh cheese and curds are made every Tuesday through Friday, so stop on by and watch the magic happen.
The cheese curds may be the most popular, but their regular cheeses are just as drool-worthy. They produce over 20 varieties of cheese blocks with delicious flavors, like bacon, habanero, green onion, ranch, and more.
Cheese isn't the only thing they make, either! Stop by their shop for a cone of yummy gelato or a perfect grilled cheese sandwich. The shop is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
