You'll find this tiny restaurant, known locally as "Cappy's Lunch," in its original location. It's kept all of its original charm.

The space really is pretty tiny, and it's certainly not fancy. Check out the wall covered with musician photos - they're pretty cool. But you're not here for the decor - you're here for the dogs.

They start with locally-made Martin Rosol natural casing franks and grill 'em up fresh right here. Martin Rosol is right down the street, and it's been making quality hot dogs since 1928, so the two companies have worked perfectly together for decades.

The quality dogs are just beginning. Next, they're topped with mustard and diced onions, and then Capitol's famous sauce is ladled right over the top.

Oh, the sauce! The Greek-style sauce is made with fresh beef, an it's just the right consistency. It's a flavorful sauce that really makes the hot dog unique.

Just one bite, and you'll see why Capitol Lunch sells as many as 1,500 of these every single day. Go in on a weekday for lunch, and watch them make these hot dogs at a lightning-fast pace. It's impressive to say the least.

While you're here, you might also want to try the tasty cheeseburgers and cheese fries.
