Her food truck has been touring Connecticut for the last few years now, serving up Liege waffles. They are unique in that they are made from a dough instead of a batter, and sprinkled with pearl sugar. They are absolutely delicious and the truck has been a such a success that she's now opened a bakery. Cake, Batter, and Roll in Middletown serves a variety of pastries in addition to quick grab and go lunches and breakfasts.

Muffins, sweet breads, bars, brownies, cookies: they've got all kinds of amazing sweets here. There are always vegan and gluten-free options in stock, so everyone can indulge!

Breakfast and lunch are served all day, though we won't blame you if you decide to indulge in sweets instead.
