The Amazing Colorado Eatery Where Your Meal Is Served With A Song

Rino's Italian Restaurant in Trinidad, Colorado, offers authentic Italian cuisine and live performances by singing waitstaff.

Have you heard the "music" the kids are listening to these days? Garbage, right? While I am technically a Millennial (please don't hate me), I love me some 'Ol Blue Eyes, Dean, and Sammy, which is exactly what this Colorado Italian restaurant serves up (with a side of fantastic pasta):

Located in Trinidad is Rino's Italian Restaurant; an eatery with an inspiring love for music and authentic Italian cooking.

Rino's was founded by Bob and Frank Cordova, who were born and raised in Trinidad and were influential in starting the tradition of Las Vegas’ singing waiters. They brought the concept back home to Colorado and opened their restaurant in a building that constructed in 1887 and once served as a church.

Opened in 2002, Rino's is now famous for its talented waitstaff, who serenade patrons with some of the most classic ballads of all time!

In addition to providing a treat for the ears, Rino's offers a feast for your stomach, thanks to authentic dishes like Shrimp Basilica...

...spaghetti and homemade meatballs...

...as well as delightful drinks and an assortment of palate-pleasing desserts.

Rino's Italian Restaurant is located at 400 E Main St. in Trinidad and is open Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
