I love dining in this fun and happening part of town and so far, I've been impressed with almost every single place I've tried. Dio Mio first opened in 2016. Chefs Spencer White and Alex Figura both have fine dining backgrounds, and have brought their skills to this casual, unitimidating, and impressive counter-service eatery.

The restaurant recently closed for a month to renovate the space and update the menu, and it's even better than before! There's plenty of seating inside, and Dio Mio has a full bar, too.

In warmer weather, there's outdoor seating, too. This is a great place to dine if you want to enjoy some of the epic people-watching that RiNo is known for.

You may be too focused on the pasta to notice anything else, though. All of the pasta served at Dio Mio is made in house. It's fresh and it's beautiful.

If you're looking for something simple and straightforward, you'll like this Paprika Ravioli with sun dried tomato and kalamata filling, guajillo amatriciana, basil, and goat gouda. It may be simple, but it's elevated ravioli, and this is a dish you'll remember for sure.
