You will be treated to a variety of authentic French crepes prepared right before your eyes from this little restaurant which is, wait for it...a vintage van recently imported from France. I mean, it doesn't get much more unique than that.

The 1973 Citroen H Van which is home to this delicious eatery even has a name. Meet "Amelie."

Amelie is a simple front wheel drive panel van. This particular type of van first started being produced after WWII. Dubbed "ugly ducklings", Citroen H Vans are very popular in Europe as food catering trucks, mobile bars, coffee vans, and creperies.

This new crepe eatery first opened its (van) doors at the end of October.

Just wait until you view their seasonally adapted menu, that includes constantly changing recipes and flavors that enhance the best locally sourced ingredients for that particular time of year.

Oh Crepe Colorado is particularly partial to customer's four-legged friends, welcoming them with a water bowl.

The Sweet Crepes that are whipped up inside the kitchen of Amelie will have your mouth watering and stomach growling as you watch your order being prepared.
